What is my password?

You established your password when you first set up your Red e App profile. To reset your password if you have forgotten it, click here, or on your device: open Red e App, tap “I’ve used Red e App before”, then tap “I forgot my password” and enter your email address or username. An email will be sent with a link to your email on file in your Red e App profile. If you don’t receive the email, give us a call at 855-733-3277 or email us at support@redeapp.com.


To change your Red e App password if you are already logged in to Red e App, go to Settings and tap ‘Change Password’.
