How do I get messages from my organization?

  1. Navigate in the app to the Menu and tap on ‘Connect’
  2. You’ll be asked to enter your Network ID. If you do not have this, ask your manager or contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help. You can reach us at support@redeapp.com or by calling 1-855-733-3277.
  3. Next, you’ll be asked to enter your Red e Key. Your key is what designates you as an employee with your company. If you do not have this information, please reach out to your organization’s Red e App administrator/Manager. Your Red e Key may be your employee ID number, payroll ID, or other unique identifier.

 

Once you successfully submit your Red e Key, you will be authenticated into the network and it will appear under the ‘Networks’ heading in the left-side navigation bar. If you have any issues, press ‘Help! I don’t know what to do here’ at the bottom of the screen and our Support Team will be happy to help.
