There are two ways in which you can create a new Team (reply-all group):
- Tap on the red pencil icon as if you are creating a new message.
- Enter the first two people you want to include in your new Team.
- Tap on the “Create as Team” message that has now appeared.
- Enter the name of your new Team. You can also enter a photo and a brief description of your new team if you would like to.
- Tap the blue “+ Add” icon to add additional Team members.
- Once you have added everyone you want in the Team, hit “Save” in the upper right corner.
You can also:
- Tap on the Directory icon in your “Messages” tab in the upper right corner. (This is located directly underneath your message sorting tool.)
- Tap on the “Teams” tab to the left of the “Directory” tab.
- Tap the red “+” icon.
- Enter the name of your new Team. You can also enter a photo and a brief description of your new team if you would like to.
- Tap the blue “+ Add” icon to add additional Team members.
- Once you have added everyone you want in the Team, hit “Save” in the upper right corner.
**Once this team has been created, you can then message that team by typing in the name of the team as opposed to typing individual names in.
