How do I create a new Team?

There are two ways in which you can create a new Team (reply-all group):

1. Tap on the red pencil icon as if you are creating a new message.
2. Enter the first two people you want to include in your new Team.
3. Tap on the “Create as Team” message that has now appeared.
4. Enter the name of your new Team. You can also enter a photo and a brief description of your new team if you would like to.
5. Tap the blue “+ Add” icon to add additional Team members.
6. Once you have added everyone you want in the Team, hit “Save” in the upper right corner.

You can also:

1. Tap on the Directory icon in your “Messages” tab in the upper right corner. (This is located directly underneath your message sorting tool.)
2. Tap on the “Teams” tab to the left of the “Directory” tab.
3. Tap the red “+” icon.
4. Enter the name of your new Team. You can also enter a photo and a brief description of your new team if you would like to.
5. Tap the blue “+ Add” icon to add additional Team members.
6. Once you have added everyone you want in the Team, hit “Save” in the upper right corner.

**Once this team has been created, you can then message that team by typing in the name of the team as opposed to typing individual names in.
