How can I update my name?

In order to connect to your network with Red e App, your last name must match exactly as it reads in your company’s records.  Follow these steps to update your name:

Android

  • Tap the three lines in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
  • In the menu tap the gear next to your name.
  • Tap 'Edit Account'
  • Update your First or Last Name and tap ‘Update Account’ at the bottom of the screen.

iOS

  • Tap the three lines in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
  • In the menu tap the gear next to your name.
  • Tap 'Account Info'
  • Update your First and Last Name and tap ‘Save’ in the top-right hand corner of the screen.
